Static Pug to HTML converter

Convert a small, markup-only Pug template into HTML without evaluating template code.

How to use this tool

Enter tag names with indentation, plain text and supported literal quoted attributes. Use spaces consistently.
Select Convert static Pug to HTML. Review the generated structure and whitespace before using the source.

Scope and limits

Only the documented static subset is accepted. Code, interpolation, includes, extends, mixins, shorthand, filters and template control flow are unsupported. This is not the official Pug compiler.

Maximum 100,000 input characters, 10,000 markup tokens and 40 nesting levels. Generated HTML can still contain unsafe markup; conversion does not make it safe to execute.

Inputs start empty. Load example fills them only when you choose it; Reset clears the editor and output.

Indented lines become child elements. Hello and Ready remain literal text. No Pug JavaScript expressions, server-side includes or interpolation are evaluated.
