Base64 and URL encoding

Encode or decode UTF-8 text and URL components.

How it works and limits

Base64 expects standard padded canonical text with no whitespace; decoding requires valid UTF-8. URL mode encodes one component, not a complete URL; plus signs stay plus signs when decoding. Malformed percent escapes are rejected. Encoding is not encryption. Do not paste tokens, passwords or sensitive content.
